Built for independent restaurants · launching soon

Your suppliers raise prices a nickel at a time. Catch every one.

It's called price creep, and it hides in a stack of invoices. Photograph each supplier invoice and PriceCreep builds a price history for every ingredient, flags the quiet increases, and hands you the dated proof for your next vendor call.

Price creep caught. Same item, same vendor, up 9% since March. At a typical 70-seat volume, about +$340/yr.

$29/mo flat. Unlimited invoices and vendors. No per-scan fees, no per-location pricing, nothing to integrate.

How it works

Three photos a week. That's the whole job.

1

Photograph the invoice

Paper or PDF, any distributor. No new POS, no integration, no typing.

2

We build the price history

Every line item, every vendor, turned into a clean per-ingredient timeline.

3

Get the creep alerts

We flag the quiet increases and hand you the receipts for your next vendor call.

Worked example

See it work on one real invoice

Here's exactly what happens to a single Sysco invoice the moment you photograph it.

Your photo
ItemQtyPrice
GR BEEF 80/20 10#4$31.00
EGG SHELL LRG 15DZ6$38.40
OIL FRY 35# JUG3$32.20
+ 38 more lines
We read & normalize it
  • Ground Beef 80/20$3.10/lb
  • Eggs, Large Shell$2.56/dz
  • Fryer Oil$0.92/lb

"$38.40 a case" becomes $2.56/dz you can actually compare. Cross-vendor names merged for you.

You get the catch
▲ 14%

Fryer oil, same vendor, is up 14% since spring. About +$52/mo at this volume. (example)

Why not just an alerts app

Alert tools tell you a price moved. They don't read the invoice.

Most price-tracking tools wait for you or a bookkeeper to key in what you paid. PriceCreep starts from the photo, so the price history builds itself: every vendor, zero typing. That's the part nobody flat-priced until now.

The math

You don't need to catch much.

Independent restaurants run on 28–35% food cost, and a few points of creep on your high-volume order-guide items is real money. You won't usually catch one big $50 item. You'll catch six $8 ones, and together they already beat the $29.

PriceCreep$29 / mo
Six small creeps caught (~$8 each)+$48 / mo
Net in your pocket+$19 / mo

Illustrative. Your numbers depend on your volume; most owners have more than six.

Why you can trust the numbers

Numbers you can take to your rep.

01

We tested the reading before we wrote a line of the app.

We ran the invoice reading against deliberately rough, low-quality scans first. Our bar before we ship: get the unit prices right with no human re-keying, or it doesn't go out.

02

Every line checks its own math.

Quantity times unit price has to equal the line total. If a photo is too blurry to add up, we flag it for a re-shoot. We never guess a price into your records.

03

That's also why it's $29 flat.

The $99–350 tools price high because a person re-keys every invoice. Ours reads and checks itself, so there's no per-invoice labor to bill you for. Flat, unlimited, every vendor.

Before you sign up

Do I have to type anything in?

No. You photograph the invoice and we read every line. A built-in math check (quantity × unit price = line total) flags a blurry photo to re-take instead of guessing a number. You always know a price is real before you act on it.

Does it work with my distributor?

Any paper or PDF invoice: Sysco, US Foods, regional houses, your specialty produce guy. If it's a food invoice, we read it.

Do I have to switch my POS or inventory system?

No. PriceCreep sits alongside whatever you already run on, whether that's Square, Clover, Lightspeed, or a spreadsheet.

What about all my past invoices?

Forward your invoice emails or snap whatever past months you have handy. Even a few back-fill the trend, so you're not stuck doing a weekend of data entry.

You find out at month-end. Catch it at the invoice instead.
